We are flexible when it comes to delivering to your location, as long as our forklift can access the area and there is an 8-foot wide opening available. Our delivery team is dedicated to meeting your requirements; however, to ensure the safety of both your property and ours, we can only guarantee the placement of your sod on the driveway or curbside.

Based on our experience, we anticipate that unloading the first pallet of sod will take approximately five minutes, and each additional pallet will require 2 to 3 minutes. In cases where unloading is more time-consuming, such as for lengthy driveways or locations farther down the block, we may need to apply an additional time charge. This extra time will be billed at a rate of $80 per hour, prorated with a minimum of 15 minutes.

To reclaim your pallet deposit, kindly return the pallets to our location. When dropping off the pallets, please use the same name used for sod delivery or provide your receipt if the sod was picked up. Refunds will be processed once the pallets are verified.
