Mile High Sod Farm assures the quality of our sod products. We guarantee that all sod purchased is disease-free, weed-free, viable, and true to its variety. However, please note that once a living, viable product is no longer under our care, we cannot accept responsibility for any issues.
Please be aware of the following terms:
- 1. All sod sales are final. No refunds, warranties, or buybacks are available for leftover sod
- 2. If you encounter any issues with a product, it must be reported immediately.
- 3. To receive a full refund, sod orders must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up date.
